Elizabeth van Zyl is best known asCarikeKeuzenkamp, a legendary Afrikaans singer and former host of SA's first kiddies TV show, 'Kraaines'. In 1967 she starred in the Jamie Uys' movie 'Die Professor en diePrikkelpop', where she sang her song 'Timothy'. She has been active in the South African music industry for 43 years and best known forher albums, 'CarikeenGhoempieinKinderland', which got her SA Music Awards nominations for Best Afrikaans Children's Album.
